13 Mesh Netting [5×4]

Anti-Hail netting, with high mechanical resistance thanks to its gauze or twill fabric, it protects the crop against hail and hailstone.

 

The use of these netting promotes healthy crops, reduced production costs and environmental impact.

 

Available in clear, white, pearl white, red and black. The shade provided is defined depending on the color, 10% in the clear netting, 18% in the white pearl netting, 25% in the red netting  and 30% in the black netting.

Anti-Hail netting with gauze or twill from virgin high density polyethylene monofilaments (HDPE), UV stabilised.

The type of weave gives it a high mechanical resistance to the impact and weight of hail, without compromising the stability of the structure and without warping.

It protects the crop against hail and hailstone, and against insects of a certain size such as Carpocapsa or apple moth in fruit trees. It provides stability and mechanical strength in anti-hail structures, as the ice bounces off the netting, reducing its accumulation and preventing the structure from supporting excessive weight.

It creates a microclimate that reduces irrigation needs by up to 39%, by reducing wind speed and evapotranspiration.

  • Protection against heavy rainfall, high temperatures, excessive heat stress and winds (burning of fruit, branching, falling flowers and fruit, broken branches, etc.);
